Strong leadership starts with how you show up every day. Over 81 weeks, the Leadership Foundation Group develops stronger standards, communication, accountability, and decision-making for stylists and salon owners ready to operate at a higher level.
Weekly Group Leadership Calls
A standing weekly session with the group: coaching on live situations, language for hard conversations, and accountability on what was committed to the week before.
Leadership Identity & Standards
Define how you lead, what you expect, and what you will no longer tolerate. Standards get written down, communicated to the team, and enforced consistently.
