The Strata Leadership Foundation Group is a long-term leadership development program built to establish accountability, maturity, and cultural alignment inside salons.

The program develops leadership identity and infrastructure required for scalable growth.

Two Paths, One Requirement: Leadership.

Path 1: The High-Performing Stylist. Behind the chair leadership focus. At this stage, growth requires more than skill.

Path 2: The Emerging or Current Salon Leader. You are building, or preparing to build, a team. At this level, success is no longer about doing more. It is about leading others.

Program Structure:

• Approximately 52-week leadership development experience
• Two-day, in-person leadership retreat
• Weekly group leadership calls
• Owner enrollment and stylist leadership seats available
